The Entertainment Committee's duties include planning and executing social events for the
Rapid City Rush Booster Club members and the Rapid City Rush team.
Duties include Set-up and Clean-up committees.
Work with Food Committee on any events that require meals.
These social events COULD include, but are not limited to:
Welcome Party,
Thanksgiving Party,
Holiday Party,
Spring Event,
and an Awards Banquet.
In the case of the Rapid City Rush Booster Club's first year... it has been hard to build to providing such parties because of funds.
We have kept our focus on Pregame parties... for the time being.
The BC is looking into having an end of the year event.
The purpose of the Rapid City Rush Booster Club is to promote all levels of hockey (amateur as well as professional) as a spectator sport in the Rapid City area.
This is accomplished through several important committees.
The committees are comprised of members on a strictly voluntary basis.
Members are not limited to just one committee, they can volunteer and be part of any or all committees of their choosing.
All units work together to make the Club run smoothly.
